Exit 59 off of I-81, "Kingsport/Johnson City". If traveling north toward Bristol, turn left. If traveling south toward Knoxville, turn right. This is Fort Henry Drive, Highway 36. Go thru three short lights. Turn right at the Colonial Heights Shopping Center, Hillandale Road. There is a 1st-Tennessee Bank on the corner. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation fees are incurred under the following circumstances: a. Giving less than 24-hour notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled appointment. b. Failure to arrive, or arriving more than fifteen minutes late for your appointment. The cancellation fee is equivalent to a charge in full for scheduled services.  The office will determine waiving this fee due to an emergency. We appreciate your cooperation.  INSURANCE: In the state of Tennessee, most insurances do not cover acupuncture services. You may call your policy holder to find out what your company allows. We can provide superbills for you to submit. Payment is required at time of service.
